Where to Go Stargazing in the Corridor
The Corridor’s best spots for sky-watching in Jaén
The Jaén Astronomical Corridor spans a vast, mountainous area across four regions – Sierra Sur de Jaén, Sierra Mágina, Sierra de Cazorla and Sierra de Segura. It is one of the largest night-sky protection areas in the world, covering 45 percent of the province of Jaén.
These sierras have been designated Starlight Reserves thanks to the extraordinary quality of their night skies, ideal for stargazing. Each Reserve offers a set of carefully chosen astrotourism sites that provide the best conditions for enjoying the night sky and delivering a truly unique experience.
Here you will find useful information such as location and sky quality, together with accessibility details, key features and tips to help you get the most from your visit.
